You know how humans would rather inflict pain on themselves than experience boredom? I can’t explain to you how insane anhedonia and apathy drives me.

It’s a good thing that now I can eat like an apple and think “that was pretty yummy” and feel so entertained by a book that I want to keep reading it.

I don’t believe there’s a “besides the lack of what you described” posible…
