Edit: the right-wing parties voted against this law. The general feeling among the right wingers in Spain is that such feminist laws are unnecessary or excessive, which I feel is a dangerous position.
Superficially it doesn’t look like it. But recent stats indicate that an increasing share of the male population in Spain sees feminism as an “oppressive” (???) movement. I’ve myself checked (I’m Spanish) that many male and female friends of mine show such opinions in private, even if they don’t generally show them, and the tendency is increasing.

I am curious which aspects of feminism are seen as oppressive. After all its not a linear scale, but many individual laws and policies. People might only oppose a few of those, and support others.
