I’ve never run a Peertube instance so I don’t have any first hand experience, but I think I’ve heard comments here and there about it being hard to block toxic or otherwise undesirable instances from federating with your own instance? Is this true, and what exactly is the problem?
There are some moderated ones, I follow one called TILvids that reuploads infotainment with permission, it also has some exclusives from the runner. I feel like thats how PeerTube can be successful. Different instances to fill different niches instead of a bunch of wildcard instances.
