Not only is the new phone in this case only slightly different, but the user has no control over the device. The OS comes with spyware and you can’t officially run apps that are not Apple CertifiedTM. Not to mention you have to buy way too expensive dongles for basically everything and if it ever breaks then good luck.

        • Having been the owner of an iPhone I can tell you it was true. Phone just kept getting slower and unresponsive every time I updated. But I think they changed that as I have friends with old iPhones and not only do they get the latest updates still, they also seem to work fine.

Oh well, I’ve had my huawei for the same amount of time as my iPhone now and it’s still as responsive and strong as the first day.

Hahaha I heard xiaomi phones are about just as good and even cheaper. Huawei is now going with the ecosystem route and I’m worried sometimes that I already got sucked in. Especially my tablet does not connect with my windows pc, you’d need their own laptop brand to seamlessly connect.

I got mine pre sanction but all they did was remove Google mobile ervices, thus you get the huawei store which is… Not as furnished. Like ngl I like not depending on Google but every dev uses them so some apps just don’t work bc they’re not on huawei mobile services

Edit: but get apkpure and mobilism and you can do most everything you used to. Just gonna have to find workarounds once in a while.
