All good things must come to an end. I've decided to end the Funtoo Linux project. Funtoo started as a philosophy to create a fun community of contributors building something great together. I know it’s shallow but the name was a real turnoff when I remember it being first announced.
I did eventually try it but it wasn’t for me.
I really don’t want to explain to people why I’m so excited that I use Barf OS Funtoo sounds like a Fungi thing.
I thank the man for his contributions to the collective ecosystem though.
