Out of 4 mods of !India, 2 (@rish@lemmy.ml and @mukt@lemmy.ml ) are confirmed right wingers who usually share articles from the vile propaganda website OpIndia spreading Hindutva ideology (aka Hindu nationalism) while 1 (@_azadak@lemmy.ml ) is most probably leftist. Can’t say anything about the last one.
Being a secular Indian Hindu, I feel sorry for !india@lemmy.ml
rish and mukt both look absent, but yes we need some non-hindutva mods there.
I know u/_azadak is active in r/Islam but not active here. He’ll come back hopefully. Sorry I hadn’t logged in for years.
