There’s Spot: https://github.com/xou816/spot which is a GTK client.
It has limited functionality at the moment but enough to find and listen to music.

Unfortunately it doesn’t support group chats yet. This blog post makes it seem like it’s close though.
I’ve had it installed for a while but never had anyone to message with it :(
I don’t mean to be that guy, but if you like your desktop a certain way and want to easily configure it you might want to look into Nix and home-manager, it’s difficult to get started but once you have a config that works it lets you set up your whole OS and desktop and lots of apps.
