Once did a job, was supposed to get paid 20$, but was paid 10$, when we were discussing the difference in expectations didn’t have proof and they thought they said 20$. Since then I always write and get a signature in case of problems

    What about that is “anarchistic”? Its just plain old dodging taxes and wage-theft by what you describe.

      That’s what I’m thinking too. An employer is a hierarchy, and therefore non anarchistic.

    Transaction and employment contract are different. Employment contracts should always be written agreements imo.
