    This actually isn’t contradictory and should be expected. The problem is framing. This is how the west sells its propaganda, they don’t straight out lie, they frame it in a way to make you make assumptions.

    For example, Russia absolutely lost 87% of the troops they had in the beginning. Ignoring the battlefield losses, Russia has to lose almost all of its troops it had due to rotation. The people fighting in the beginning of the war aren’t fighting now.

    So their statement is true, but completely ignores that every military would be in a similar spot at this point in the war.
