A fugitive Chinese billionaire plans to auction "unvaccinated sperm" on an online platform rife with misinformation -- a sale that vaccine skeptics bill optimistically as a chance to buy the "next Bitcoin."
The whole idea presupposes that the only people in the market for unvaccinated sperm and eggs will be people who are vaccinated. But surely the vaccinated will give the old fashioned way a go first? Then the vast majority will end up conceiving.
Of the unvaccinated who cannot conceive but who want to ensure that their kids inherit similar ‘pure blood’… they won’t be able to put their infertility down to vaccination, so what will they think is going on? How will they continue to think they are superior in the fertility sphere? The logic falls apart. Am I missing something?
There could be a fucked up market for couples where one of them says, ‘I’ll let you raise my child, but we’re not using your vaccinated sperm/eggs, so we need a donor.’ But otherwise, if the unvaccinated are all superior, why are they getting with the vaccinated?
I’m mostly just confused by what I read
There are a few plot holes, right?
