    Never underestimate diet and nutrition.

    I’ve been taking a Vitamin D supplement because I have a huge deficiency.

    I was prescribed it by my psychiatrist and it turns out that Vitamin D deficiency can cause mental problems.

    Well, I’ve been taking it (a powerful supplement that you can’t get from the store but have to be prescribed) and it seems to be helping quite well.
