I finished the video with a completely different takeaway. I thought it was pretty grim. With a good reason, mind. Between Blackstone buying up housing using people’s pensions and his predictions for the future, I thought very little room was left for optimism. Good video, though.

It is tragic, honestly I was surprised (although not that surprised) that pension funds are implicit in keeping up the price.
