Where are you trying to subscribe from? Lemmy or mastodon/friendica/calckey etc?
From Lemmy I think, I had the same problem when remote subbing from Beehaw. Resubscribing seemed to have solved it for me though.
For me it just means “yeah youre subscribed and will get the posts in your feed anyway but your base instance isnt very sure in its acknowledgement”
in short, for me it means nothing
