      While these are astronomic sums of money, it’s not going to have a huge impact on the overall US foreign reserves. I think the measure is mostly intended to insulate China from whatever is happening with the US economy.

        That’s fair. I’d hope though at some point it might kick of a cascade and cause other countries to start dropping it too.

          Oh I definitely expect that other countries are going to continue dropping US debt, we’re even seeing US vassals like Japan doing it now.
