Creating communities on Lemmur - Lemmy

Can anyone tell me if its possible to create communities on Lemmur? I can’t find such an option…

The comments also have a very communal vibe to them…

      it’s satire. they’re criticising how there are many communities on Lemmy but most of them have no content, and the fact that people make more and more communities. see here: https://lemmy.ml/post/67645

      I myself don’t think it’s a fair criticism.

        It’s not really criticism. I guess it’s more of a recursive, absurdist humor. The post was related to the topic (it being communities) and the comments (particularly by OP) were … odd, so I thought it would fit here nicely.
