Excluding Qatar and maybe a couple other of these, all of these probably have a far better track record with “muh hooman rights” than the Western countries that are always simultaneously screeching about them and also violating them.
I’d go one step further and say that even including Qatar and every other nation in that list, none of them compare even remotely to the west for the sheer scale and far reaching level of the suffering inflicted on human beings.
