With A NEW 2022 Dragon Ball Super Movie confirmed to be in the works, promising to take things to a whole new level, is it possible that we’re going to see a whole NEW villain that we’ve never seen or heard before in Dragon? Ball Super?
Hopefully so, when the villain of the first Super movie turned out to be Broly I was kinda pissed off, even if he ended up being an almost completely different character with his own new backstory.
I remember seeing a super cool movie poster fan art that was depicting a scenario where some angel turns out to be a villain (which would be super cliché and something everyone probably expect to happen sooner or later). I have to admit such that having to fight one/more angels, despite being like one of the most predictable things that could happen, is something that I would dig, it holds a lot of potential

I hope we don’t get into some kind of angel/demon conflict. It just seems cliche and what every fan wants, and I don’t wanna see what fans want, I want something new and unexpected. I’d be happy with something with the same laidback vibe as Yo! Son Goku and Friends Return. With the stakes of the show getting so high, they’ll probably need to start relying on these laidback, more slice-of-life style movies.
