I did a search of the article to make sure I wasn’t missing anything: “Linux” appears only one time in the subtext of the image. That’s a pretty big accusation to make in passing, especially when Linux is just a kernel that’s used in all sorts of applications. A Linux based operating system just does its job. Is my hammer an agent of propaganda too? I could go into all of the things Linux OS’s don’t have, but I won’t.

To me, it’s an excess of pessimism. The article smacks of the Anarchist tendency toward defeatism: everything is bad, anything you do will be subverted, the enemy’s cleverness is overestimated.

Same. They seem very knowledgeable and based. Perhaps too organized though. I too am suspicious but optimistically interested.

this has nothing to do with non linear algebra. I don’t know how interesting the article is. By"linear" they mean a sequential progression of steps followed out in series. By “nonlinear” they mean a multi-sequencial series followed in parallel: doing different things in conjunction to arrive at the desired result.

In effect the article isn’t talking about anything exceptional, and the language used is overcomplicating. Its talking singularly about psyops and propaganda war. Its saying the US uses psyops in conjunction with its wars and policing.

Major examples listed were Ukraine and Covid. Ukraine is far short of the first psyop intensive war. The first Gulf War is considered the first highly televized, highly fictionalized war. This strategy of maintaining a fictionalized reality in order to control the framing of events has carried on into Ukraine. Ukraine isn’t special because of the strong propaganda elements. Its special because of the failure of these psychological aspects into a farce. Its obvious to many people because it’s failing to work.

As far as covid, they point out out a lot of dirty shit went down while being swept under the covid rug. I’d add that a lot of major system failures were blamed on covid: supply chain failures, inflation running out of control, banking failures. I’d remind you that during the battle of Waterloo a bunch of bankers tried everyone that Napoleon had won in order to defraud the whole country out of their investments.

There’s nothing new about using crisis to defraud and coverup scandals. It certainly isn’t a new evolution of philosophy and warfare. I really hate the tendency of using words you barely understand to sound smarter than you are, or to give the impression that something old is something new.

PS: the author uses “connote” when they obviously should have used “denote”. connotation referring to the general vibe of something, being positive or negative, while denotation refers to the literal definition of something. You would connote something in a positive or negative light. Two words often have the same denotation but opposite connotations. Why do I bring this up? Because it exemplifies the author’s tendency to use words they don’t understand in order to appear smarter than they are.

My point being, this isn’t new. Being a perpetual liar doesn’t make you clever. We aren’t up against a bunch of mega-minds; we’re up against a bunch of idiots who think they can lie to God about the nature of reality.

This article is incoherent. In fact it seems to be doing exactly what it purports the state to be doing. Sowing discord.

It’s synthetically engineered narratives, controlling how people see reality. Making people insane and controllable for profit. If mainstream social media are tools of the enemy then its important to move off of them and to get as many people onto platforms where their control and profitability are as limited as possible.
