    The change that caught my eye was the paralel download. :)

          Let me give you an example:

          Imagine you’re going to update a lot of packages in your system. With TotalDownload, instead of having it show the dowloaded percentage of each package to the right of the progress bar, it will show the percentage of the entire update, so you have a better idea of how long it will take for you to download the entire update.

            I don’t like how that option also shows the total MB downloaded. While having the percentage reflect the total progress is awesome, showing the total MB progress is useless in my opinion and I’d much rather see the MB progress of the current downloaded package. Would be cool to be able to get the best of both worlds

            Sounds good! I was thinking about something similar a few months ago but the Arch community isn’t exactly very open minded to suggestions, so I gave up posting it in the forum.

    Btw, is there are any approximate date for the release of 6.0?

      It’s already on the staging repos for a couple of days, but considering how important it is to be completely stable it should be taking a week or two before it comes to core.
