simplelogin is great for cloaking your email address. if an alias is leaked, you can just turn that off and never receive anything from those spammers again. they will probably do a november discount for the yearly sub for anyone interested in trying it. it also has a free tier but the number of aliases is limited.
i also had a similar issue with receiving emails from american democrats (it was before or after the 2016 elections) despite never stepping foot in the country, i really have no idea how they got it. i had to stop using that email, it was that bad. it was only a spare personal email so i wasn’t feeling too bad about changing it but it’s still very annoying.
