Assuming for the moment and for the sake of argument that they aren’t heavily infiltrated, and everything they do is genuine, I still don’t get their strategy. Do they really think that being the Democratic Party Lite™ is going to get them members? – when the actual Democratic Party is much better funded, has a stranglehold on all the major cities and most major unions, and furthermore doesn’t have the political baggage that communists always have in the US? It’s just dumb.
It’s worse than that. Bernie is too far left for them.
