I can glean that they’re talking about news site paywalls in the second part… but who gets that content for free? who gets through adblock blockers? what the fuck is she even talking about? but what the fuck are ‘health ins’? that makes absolutely no sense.
I think she’s trying to be consistent in that she thinks both health care and fake news like the NYT need to bar poor people (“freeloaders” in liberal lexicon) from participating.
