Hi folks,

Just wanted to share my one of my favorite sources of new recipes!

I really try to avoid youtube, but this channel is just amazing, and there’s always invidious (or newpipe, or youtube-dl…).

The host is a former culinary instructor, and has a massive collection of short, funny videos with fantastic technique instruction & demonstration for home cooks.

I even watch the recipes I don’t think I’ll like, because I usually learn something I can use somewhere.

Ug, sorry for the deleted posts, I was using the Lemmur app, and it looks like my comment replies were somehow ending up as replies to the original post.

I think this is sweeter, but it’s hard to go wrong with garlic + shrimp!

Hey, I watch this channel all the time. I really appreciate how BS-free and to-the-point the videos are while still having a distinct personality. Well-shot too.

And now I’m done abusing hyphens.

Awesome! I definitely agree, I’m always impressed with how much solid instruction he packs into 5-10 min videos, and I love that he only films the food itself (rather than focusing on himself).
