Yeah they didn’t even ban /r/LGBdroptheT which is so blatantly transphobic it’s in the name. Hopefully they ban the others over time but this really just seems like a show for advertisers, especially in light of whats happening in facebook with advertisers leaving over facebook’s hands off response to hate on the platform.
Now the timing would be great for Lemmy to gain traction! /s

This is a big one. Since TD self-migrated, reddit pretty much only banned one active left community, and left all the bigger hate subs intact.
I just registered just in case partially due to it. I suspect many others have since the site seems slowish now and that’d explain it.
