This was reported a week or so ago on donbass-insider I think. With the tweet from Castelnau, also of interest is that France apparently supplied cluster munitions to the AFU which, firstly, is illegal, and secondly, they claimed a few years back to have liquidated their stockpile… But that’s just a small oopsie.
