I mean, the IRA ran guns and other contraband, that doesn’t make them a mafia
Even the Bolsheviks did. Stalin in his early days literally robbed banks a la Robin Hood to raise money for the party. What a chad.
He personally threw a bomb at a carriage once, but the notes he obtained were useless because they were distinct and the government issued a search for them
Based
Even if they were, then they would be a based mafia.
Yeah, Wikipedia is ridiculously pro-imperialist at this point
Please give us 2$ so we can continue spreading rampant misinformation. For 7$, we’ll continue to circulate heavily biased truthful info that doesn’t show both sides for at least 2 more days before we ask again
Wikipedia is literally controlled by the US government (possibly CIA). The Grayzone did 2 articles about it. The Chairman of the Wikimedia Foundation (head of wikipedia) gets tons of money from the NED and worked herself in the past in NGOs that “promote democracy” in the Middle East. All of this right before the Arab Spring, quite the coincidence. Some speculate due to this that she works for the CIA. Also the founder of Wikipedia is an anticommunist Ayn Rand stan.

Oh yeah Wikipedia is still great, has a lot of info on many things. But on political topics it has insane prowest bias, you have to be very skeptical of what they say. They literally consider Radio Free Asia a reliable source while CGTN is banned as “harmful propaganda”. Even WikiLeaks is considered “russian propaganda” by Wikipedia!
lol even after all that Wikipedia still has better articles than any other western outlet. For instance when Ukraine stans tried to remove mentions of Nazism in the Azov Battalion article, it was repeatedly restored by wikipedia editors and then it was locked. Btw while wikipedia does have their biases in source selection nevertheless a lot is still left to individual editors, so if you have the time and patience being a wikipedia editor is a good way or distributing knowledge albeit limited and with good wikipedia editors it can be a good gateway to better sources. Even just reverting vandalism done by Nazis does have an effect.
I mean still, considering Radio Free Asia, a literal CIA propaganda outlet, as “reliable” while WikiLeaks, a truthful media that has exposed numerous western crimes, is “propaganda” and cant be cited, is very sus.
