I’m confused I thought Obama closed Guantanamo
He campaigned on it because of how unconstiutional and embarassing W Bush was with it. Then instead of freeing people who had no formal charge on them, states themselves protested relocating “dangerous terrorists” to prisons on thr mainland. So he said well…um…if you like your illegal black site touture prison, you can keep it and backed off.
