The most obvious mainstream facet of the “Orcs” narrative is this unquestioned assumption that once the Ukrainian coup government is defeated, the Uruk-Hai Russian horde will sweep forward like hungry locusts and devour the World of Men Europe.
This is sadly a trope that is inherit in modern thought. From the Golden Horde allegedly only being stopped from conquering europe by a single death, to the tsar to the soviets to the modern russian state & china.
And they act like Russia is going to be in Lisbon by the end of the year but they also act like Russia is both crawling towards Kiev and suffering heavy losses to get that far.
I doubt Russia could keep going into Western Europe even if they wanted to do it.
At this point- the west european states would collapse into civil chaos the moments the russians set foot onto the soil. Ukraine had the benefit of a decade of fortifications and being riled up by propaganda. Most Europeans are apathetic and are displeased with the current order.

Like, if it was conquest he was after, why wouldn’t he just immediately blast Ukraine down to bedrock?
Russia still has ballistic missiles and bomber planes
Could have just turned Kiev into a smoking crater in the first few days if he wanted

Skill issue.
