    That’s annoying. But either way it will get removed soon. Youtube clients aren’t allowed on the play store.

    If they credit the author per the open source license, there is nothing wrong with this.

      They don’t have any link to the source code, don’t publish their own modifications (required by GPLv3), and stripped the about page entirely so they’re not even crediting the original developers.

        That’s a dick move then. Should be able to get DMCA’d fairly easily.
