With reddit going public soon, you might want to slowly ditch reddit by using privacy frontends and third party applications or an entirely new alternative

    I just started to come on here and find equivalent communities and for those that didn’t exist, I created them (i.e. /c/seinfeld and /c/breadtube). They’re inactive for the time being but are increasing slowly in subscribers, so I’ll probably just post some Seinfeld and leftist related content over the next while.

    I fell like this would be better on Reddit. Most people on Lemmy have ditched are going to ditch Reddit.

    Why does it matter? I thought the point of federated services was for users to have more choices, not fewer.
