Title pretty much self-explanatory!

I’m a big fan of TES and Fallout series, obviously excited for Starfield but was wondering how long do you guys think it will take until we see some bug fixes and general QoL mods to make the experience better there.

Was it too long after Skyrim released that the mods started to appear?

The game isn’t even out yet and people are excited for mods that will fix bugs. JFC there’s a reason AAA games these days launch incredibly broken

I think it’s assumed because Bethesda sucks at making games that aren’t riddled with bugs that will never ever be patched out

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. I doubt it’s going to be as buggy but just due to how big it is, definitely there will be. Let the unofficial patches come!

There is a reason the unofficial patches remain very high on the mod popularity lists year after year.

I must be one of the fortunate few that hasn’t experienced a game breaking bug on release day with any Bethesda games. From TES III Morrowind (my all time fave) all the way to Skyrim (and the Fallout games), I’ve yet to encounter something that prevents me from progressing in that same.

I think I’ll wait a month or so for this game though. After the disappointment of Cyberpunk (different devs I know but still), I don’t want to pwn myself twice.
