    I’ve found that a regular sleep schedule and accomplishing a morning routine makes a big difference on my ability to do stuff throughout the day. Things like waking up early, showering first thing in the morning, havung a good breakfast, meditating for 10 minutes drastically improve my ability to pay attention to things I need to do.

    Of course, the most effective lifehack is to actually get diagnosed and medicated for ADHD, but not everyone has access to a good psychiatrist.
