It’s exists. I started doing calligraphy during covid and the various types of inks and paper is a neat rabbit hole to go down.
I did the wedding party invitations for someone I know on black paper using a gold shimmer ink with the flourish in a combination of green shimmer and blue/gold shimmer. It looked really cool.
Honestly that would be neat to make a printer with white toner and you load black paper

That’s probably his following list being viewed by someone other than him. If he’s got it on public or friends-only, it can be viewed by other people, but there would still be blue follow buttons, since the person viewing the list isn’t following them.
