Yeah, it would be cool if it was sabotage, but I’m going to apply the Nothing Good Ever Happens rule and guess it was a bunch of MBA types trying to increase efficiency.
People with a conscience probably wouldn’t have been working at BAE Systems to begin with (well, maybe as custodians, security, etc). That being said, if it was sabotage, it wouldn’t necessarily have to be a BAE Systems employee, could be any random person who was in the facility.
