Decimation is killing 1/10, so even looking at that graph its long past it, more like only 1/3rd left from what should be. Though i guess that graph include emmigrants (if it didn’t then the war losses would have to be like 3-5 times of the estimates), Ukraine also lost millions to that after 2022, again disproportionately young men seeking jobs in EU after their country got shocktherapied by maidan gang, and many already found new life there so they won’t be back.
