Nobody tell the killjoys in the Recursion article’s talk section (see discussions about the article linking to itself as a “See Also” item), they’ll revert it back to the original text as part of their anti-fun crusade. After all,

As far as I can tell from that discussion, the ones in favor have MUCH better arguments and are very much in the majority, but the handful of killers of joy just keep insisting that the consensus is on their side because they say so and that’s that, end of discussion as far as they’re concerned 🤦
That Carl guy was especially infuriating. I’m a pacifist and even -I- felt like reaching through the screen and slapping him the fifth time he repeated his “makes us look unprofessional” mantra!
