    ActivityPub is just a protocol. The Fediverse, which would be the Metal-Community) is a bit fragmented but I think it’s mainly in two blocks (mastodon-compatible and lemmy-compatible). Kbin has the ambition of supporting both, but that will probably imply some tradeoffs.

      Yes, but it is the general idea. We are so focused on apps. In a follow-up Towards a #Peopleverse I argue that more of a shared vision is what we need to get the Fediverse to its full potential.
