and if not is there a potential for something like a desktop environment that could do that? I personally think that windows mobile had one of the best interfaces for mobile use and for quick information. Being able to see headlines without opening the app, or seeing notifications on a tile is almost completely better in my opinion to being hidden under a drop down menu.
I second this. Microsoft has something pretty special but they just couldn’t get the software support. Maybe we could collaborate and make one? I mean Linux is open source.
unfortunately I can’t really program at the moment so I wouldn’t be able to do much but I am glad that at least someone shares my opinion that windows mobile didn’t deserve to die like it did.
