I’ve been using Linux Mint since forever. I’ve never felt a reason to change. But I’m interested in what persuaded others to move.

    Was that an Ubuntu problem or a GNOME thing?

      I have no idea. This was more than 5 years ago. Fwiw I now use Arch (sans Gnome) and I’m very happy with the experience.
