So far I have found only one solution that acts differently, it is a userscript for GreasyMonkey, Tampermonkey or ViolentMonkey, which puts the YT video in an iFrame layer above the original video, this way YT anti-adblock doesn’t even register that you are viewing this video or using uBO, which with this it can safely block ads and trackers without fear of YT nags.
