Nope, there aren’t any other instances, but if you message the developer on Mastodon or via e-mail they will probably give you a sign up link. It will have open sign ups in the next few months, though. If you don’t use Mastodon I can write them for you.
Someone just told me on the Matrix room that they created a new instance, so maybe you could join there. They have not yet answered me what is the address, though.
