    Not precisely a CEO, but I’m going to nominate Bob Moore, founder of Bob’s Red Mill along with his wife Charlee. They built up a grain business that ships around the US, Canada, and a few other countries. If you eat gluten free in those regions, you are probably already familiar. Then 10 years ago, despite offers to sell, he instead transferred ownership to his employees.
