What do you do that makes you feel happy? Just purely for the sake of it. If you don’t have something, maybe you should. Having that source of joy is extremely important. It can be anything.
one of mine is instrumental music. vocals are overrated and distracting. I am also a hopeless romantic who probably reads about as many romance novels as a middle aged mom with marriage issues. Its disgusting, but it makes me happy lol.

If you like angry trans metal, Ada Rook is absolutely amazing. Her stuff with Devi McCallion as Black Dresses is sick, but her solo stuff just…so fucking good. 2,020 Knives and UGLY DEATH NO REDEMPTION ANGEL CURSE I LOVE YOU are two of my favourite albums of all time.
Backxwash does rap metal that is also really good, her album GOD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS, LEAVE HIM OUT OF IT was a banger, but I also have a soft spot for her EP Black Sailor Moon
