For real. If you look at what the US did in east Asia from the 1950s-1980s, it’s fully as bad as anything Imperial Japan did – arguably worse.

The “unspeakable evil” of the Nazis was basically that they applied British colonial methods within their sphere of influence, which was Europe. Thus they did things to white people which had historically been done by Europeans to black and brown people.
