Idk, the DPRK has the best distro
I havent tried it but it looks dated, on the other hand the chinese distro Deepin desktop environment looks way more modern than the usual DEs like Gnome/kde/matte etc.
Yeah just memeing, everybody knows the best distro is TempleOS
