Either an insane redditor with way too much time on their hands, and possibly some autism, or the work of some glowy getting paid to make this insane shit. These two are not mutually exclusive, it very well could be a mix of both.
Edit: So I didn’t mean for this to come off as derogatory in any way towards individuals that are on the spectrum so I’m sorry if it came off that way to anyone. I was simply going off the fact that I know becoming overly obsessed with some stuff can be a big part of autism. I know people from my Highschool days that are on the spectrum that I could see making something like this if it was something they had gotten obsessive over.
