The concept discriminates against us animated gif lovers, too. ;) Might be more interesting to limit Javascript size?

yeah, it’s sort of a nebulous definition. my guess would be that it would heavily rely on the category of “pages that would be submitted by the kinds of nerds who would care about this list” to limit it.
