I’ve heard mixed info about whether the KPÖ is actually communist/socialist. I remember talking to an Austrian online and they said that they’re basically socdem now, not socialist. But others say they’re still pretty socialist? And still others say they’re on a steady track to being not socialist.
Hard to tell because I don’t speak German and don’t really know where the local Austrian discussion takes place. Anyone know more info about this?

I’ve heard that the Graz local party is more anti-revionist than the party in the rest of the country and that’s why they are still popular in Graz.
