Think about it, why would you want a bed? Just put the mattress on the floor!

Given, there are a couple of cases where you’d want an actual bed, but those cases are very limited, and an average person should absolutely not buy a bed thus supporting the biggest scam in the history of humanity!

    Just because it might be that some people don’t know: Putting the mattress on a flat surface means that moisture can only evaporate on the upper side. The ventilation beneath the mattress is a good thing to not have the mattress too moist for too long. A slatted bed (if that is the correct term in English) on some bricks is enough. It just needs some elevation, that’s all.

      interesting point, but why would a mattress collect excessive amounts of moisture compared to other objects in the room?

        Because you sleep on it. Everyone is loosing sweat each night, up to one liter as far as I know. Most of that sinks into the mattress.
