Brasilia, Feb 25 (Prensa Latina) Former Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff (2011-2016) on Friday said that the war in Ukraine paves the way for the assertion of the multipolar world.
Well she’s on point with this “multipolar” thing. Thing is it’s nothing new. I had history/geography classes about the “multipolar” world back in my youth, and it’s not exactly anything new that Russia/China are major military forces to account with on the international scene (remember Tibet? Chechenya?).
